● Lead, manage, and support the Humanities Department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across subjects such as History, Geography, Social Studies, and related disciplines.
● Develop, implement, and regularly review the humanities curriculum in alignment with American educational standards.
● Mentor, coach, and evaluate humanities teachers, fostering professional growth and promoting best instructional practices.
● Coordinate departmental meetings, facilitate collaboration, and encourage innovative teaching methodologies.
● Monitor student progress and achievement, analyzing data to inform instructional improvements and interventions.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant teaching or departmental leadership experience.
Strong understanding of American curriculum frameworks.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
Ability to analyze student data and implement effective interventions.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Experience organizing extracurricular activities and departmental events.
Willingness to work onsite in a full-time, long-term capacity.
