Responsibilities:
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Review features before deployment to make sure it matches the requirements
- Work with an agile team of engineers to plan and clarify user stories and ensure the team iteratively delivers value to customers
- Participate in all sprint ceremonies and facilitate the features development process
- Collaborate in discovery and ideations events with the design team, product manager & tech leads
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide regular demos and training sessions for our business team
- Support Technical writer in product related questions for knowledge base articles and features documentation
- Keep a close eye on Ecommerce trends, market changes and rising opportunities
- Align with the scrum team to make sure all sprint ceremonies prerequisites are ready on time
- Own the product roadmap collaboratively with the product manager
- Owns and participates in product department monthly initiatives
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product related role
- Familiar with the product design, development, and testing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage people at all levels
- Excellent facilitation skills coupled with analytical ability and critical thinking
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet goals
- You are comfortable working with the rapidly evolving needs of a fast-growing company
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum framework. A scrum or Agile certificate is a plus
- Ecommerce experience is a great addon
