Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify growth potential, and ensure retention.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Experience is preferred, and new graduates are also welcome
