Job Description
Handle all export sea shipments either FCL or LCL represented by the following tasks :
- Collecting rates from shipping lines.
- Submit bookings (online or manual )
- Receiving booking confirmation
- Handle inland transportation starting from loading containers up to receiving invoices & official receipts from transportation companies
- Submit VGM & final instructions
- Receiving B\Ls draft &check it with customer or sales
- Confirm drafts with shipping lines
- Receiving invoice from shipping lines after vessels departure
