Job Description
Job Accountabilities
• Designing and/or supporting the development of a range of dashboard and analytical solutions that
can be positioned/sold to issuer processing and acquiring clients.
• Designing and developing top-class analytics consulting solutions to clients in line with the agreed
deliverables / SOWS. Manage deliveries across cost, quality, and time spectrums.
• Design and develop of a range of Business Information and descriptive analytics outputs and provide
diagnostic and informed commentary and insights.
• Experienced in data modelling, design and build of highly scalable and secure analytical solutions
• Managing and updating KPI dashboards for Acquiring and Processing clients on Qlik
• Implement various data modelling, visualization and reporting techniques for business performance
and projections.
• Responsible for day to day-to-day business management of the analytical platform(s) including ETL
processes, data quality and validation.
• Extract and provide data fields for analysis / insights generation for the respective stakeholder.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ prior BI and Analytics experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cards and payments, with a strong understanding of relevant data.
• Sound knowledge on SQL, Teradata, Oracle, MySQL
• Knowledge about payment industry
Job-Specific Skills:
• Expertise in BI scripting, data modelling, reporting security.
• Expertise in queries, procedures and developing custom views on database.
• Sound knowledge in understanding and developing scripts in database.
• Previous experience with commercial/financial data analytics
• Ability to challenge and review with an analytical mindset.
• Experience of developing dashboards, queries, and insights
Generic Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing), or equivalent to
Upper-Intermediate level.
• Business / Commercial Acumen
• Detail oriented and organized, Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• Stakeholder Management and the ability to build relationships.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects.
