- Oversee daily office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle basic accounting tasks.
- Implement office policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Ensure office technology is up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and system updates.
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- At least (5) years of experience.
- At least (2) years of experience in a managerial position.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Leadership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.
- Familiar with Google Products.
