Job Description
- Calculate the production cost for various wooden products.
- Prepare detailed monthly and annual cost reports.
- Monitor direct and indirect costs associated with production.
- Analyze variances between actual and planned costs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Determine the cost of raw materials used in manufacturing wooden products.
- Verify actual material usage compared to planned quantities and ensure there is no wastage.
- Record all production-related costs in the accounting system.
- Ensure the accuracy of calculations and analyze cost-related financial data.
- Prepare budget estimates for costs and ensure the company adheres to them.
- Monitor and analyze budget execution on a periodic basis.
- Provide financial analysis to support management in making strategic decisions regarding pricing and production.
- Analyze wages and benefits related to the labor involved in production operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards in cost calculation.
- Ensure financial reports adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and management teams to gather necessary information for cost analysis.
Job Requirements
- Strong skills in data analysis and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage large and fluctuating numbers and analyze costs accurately.
