Job Description
- Monitor Staff Compliance with lab policies & Procedures
- Monitor Staff Compliance with proper documentation
- Conduct staff Orientation &in-service Training
- Collaborate in developing policies, manuals, tools, protocols, logs & checklists
- Perform data collection and analysis and improvement projects
- Manage and handle NCRs.
- Coordinate the internal audit process and schedule to meet all applicable ISO 22000 standard
- Assist in performing on-site food safety and quality system audits
- Assists in monitoring, recording, analysis, and reporting on the Food Safety and Quality System
- Maintains a high level of self-motivation including the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in veterinary is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Good conduct in English and Office Skills (Word - Excel - Powerpoint).
