Job Description

Receiving the customer and listening to his comments on the car, then preparing a report on receiving the car and recording and documenting the customer’s comments in the report. The customer’s signature is taken and he is given a copy of the receipt report.

Create a vehicle repair order on the company's system and deliver the repair card to the coordinator.

Monitor and monitor the vehicle's condition in the workshop and obtain a report on its condition from the workshop engineer.

Communicate with customers if the workshop requests customer approval to begin the repair. This approval must be written or recorded for easy reference.

Communicate with the customer service representatives whose information was sent to them to answer their inquiries regarding the vehicle at the service center (current condition report, cost, delivery date, etc.).

Deal professionally with the customer, gain their trust in the center, and convince them to perform all repairs at the center.

Deliver the vehicle to the customer after ensuring that all customer requests and comments have been addressed.

Explain all work performed on the vehicle, including costs, when the customer arrives to receive the vehicle.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive-Mechanical)

Recent graduate with up to 3 years of experience in the automotive field

Attended training courses

Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and good command of English

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook

Good user with ERP application
