Social Media Content
• Design visually engaging graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create branded templates for consistent social media posts and stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign graphics, seasonal promotions, and event visuals.
• Stay updated on trends to develop innovative and engaging social media designs.
Printing Materials
• Design and prepare print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and packaging.
• Ensure designs align with printing specifications (color profiles, resolution, bleed, etc.).
• Collaborate with printers to oversee production quality and address technical adjustments.
Catalogues
• Design product catalogues with a focus on user-friendly layouts and brand consistency.
• Update and maintain catalogue content with new product details, images, and pricing.
• Work closely with photographers and content teams to source high-quality imagery.
Digital Content for Websites
• Design web banners, sliders, and other graphics for digital campaigns.
• Assist in the development of interactive and responsive web graphics.
• Optimize images and visual content for fast website loading and mobile compatibility.
• Ensure all website visuals align with the brand’s aesthetic and guidelines.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
• Proven portfolio showcasing designs for social media, print materials, catalogues, and digital content.
• Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes.
• Experience in using website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for uploading and managing digital content is a bonus.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, web development, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to constructive feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt.
