Job Description
- Routing & Scheduling
- Develop and optimize delivery and return routing plans to meet efficiency, time, and cost objectives.
- Analyze data to predict delays, identify bottlenecks, and adjust routes to enhance reliability.
- Collaborate with transportation teams and third-party carriers to manage on-time pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Delivery Management
- Supervise the daily delivery process, ensuring shipments reach customers accurately and on time.
- Track delivery KPIs such as delivery accuracy, on-time percentage, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
- Resolve issues related to delays, incomplete deliveries, and customer complaints with a focus on high service standards.
- Return Logistics Coordination
- Manage and streamline the return logistics process, ensuring seamless returns from customers back to warehouses.
- Analyze return data to identify trends and improve return policies and processes.
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to address issues with returned items, including inspections, quality checks, and restocking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize logistics software to track, analyze, and report on delivery and return performance metrics.
- Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decisions, enhance routing accuracy, and improve delivery and return processes.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process enhancement in logistics routing, scheduling, and return handling.
- Lead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance quality and accuracy across logistics operations.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary contact for logistics inquiries related to deliveries and returns.
- Maintain clear communication with logistics managers, suppliers, and partners to ensure alignment on logistics goals and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4:6 years of Experience in logistics with a focus on delivery, returns, and routing, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
- Home appliances experience is Preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, TMS) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ability to analyze complex routing data, track KPIs, and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges in routing, delivery, and return processes.
- Detailed-Oriented.
