Role Overview:

• As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the primary brand ambassador for SFN Pharma's skincare and beauty products. You will be responsible for providing expert consultations to customers, explaining the unique benefits of our products which blend the power of nature with the latest scientific advancements. Your goal will be to drive sales, build strong brand loyalty, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in the pharmacy, offering a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Expert Consultations: Understand customer needs related to their skin and hair, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions using SFN Pharma's product range.
• Product Demonstration: Clearly and professionally explain the ingredients, benefits, and proper usage of our products to achieve the best results.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Proactively work to meet and exceed personal and branch sales goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that SFN Pharma products are always displayed attractively and kept well-organized and fully stocked on their designated shelves.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop a loyal customer base through excellent service and follow-up.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacy staff to increase product awareness and achieve mutual goals.
• Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and stock levels to your direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of one year of previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a sales role for cosmetics and skincare, preferably within a pharmacy setting.
• Appearance: A professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Sales Skills: Excellent sales and persuasion skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Communication Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily with customers and colleagues.
• Passion: A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
• Education: A university degree is preferred.
• Location: Must be a resident of Alexandria.
