Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the swimming pool industry.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients, negotiating prices and terms of sale.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the swimming pool industry and related products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
