Job Description
- Ensure all electrical systems are in compliance with GMP, GEP, HSE, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues related to production, HVAC, water systems (PW/WFI), and compressed air.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as electrical schematics, risk assessments, and calibration records.
- Participate in cross-functional investigations (CAPA, deviations) related to equipment failures.
- Lead or support energy-saving initiatives and ensure efficient power distribution.
- Supervise electrical contractors and ensure compliance with work permits, SOPs, and site safety protocols.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of BMS, EMS, and other critical monitoring systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- From 0-3 years of Experience in Manufacturing site
- Experience with PLC & Classic control
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
