Job Description

  • Ensure the store and application are ready and update content to ensure smooth operation, updating sections and products.
  • Handle server issues and ensure that the system is always available and verify the effectiveness of hosting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve store design and user experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the purchasing process.
  • Work with payment, shipping, and inventory management systems to ensure seamless technical integration.
  • Update software systems and ensure the availability of necessary code.
  • Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams regarding the tools and technologies used.
  • Develop and deliver training for employees on new technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role 
  • work on Magento - shopify or any related platform.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
