Job Description
- Ensure the store and application are ready and update content to ensure smooth operation, updating sections and products.
- Handle server issues and ensure that the system is always available and verify the effectiveness of hosting.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve store design and user experience.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the purchasing process.
- Work with payment, shipping, and inventory management systems to ensure seamless technical integration.
- Update software systems and ensure the availability of necessary code.
- Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams regarding the tools and technologies used.
- Develop and deliver training for employees on new technologies.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- work on Magento - shopify or any related platform.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
