Job Description
- Develop and implement digitalization strategies to optimize machine automation and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities, considering the specific needs of each department and division.
- Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and propose digital solutions.
- Implement electronic integration of machines, systems, and processes to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess the viability and potential impact of digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to source and implement digital solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of digital systems and equipment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital solutions by employees.
- Monitor and analyze digitalization performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digitalization and electronic integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in digitalization, electronic integration, or related roles.
- Additional certifications in digital technologies, automation systems, or project management are desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork.
