- Responsible for the day-to-day customer position we job company.
- Make sure that the company's policies and procedures are being properly applied in terms of client's approved credit terms, Client's shipments.
- Responsible for loading approval, Review customer's loading in terms of prices, payment methods and credit limit and create the invoices, follow up the delivery all invoices to the customers, collect the debits.
- Responsible for customers collections, Review customer's debits and send the collectors to collect the debits as per the due date and follow up to solve customer problem for collection.
- Responsible for customers' accounts, create the invoices sales and create the credit note for the return sales, discount, follow up receiving and record customer collections on system, create the customers' accounts for all customers.
- Responsible for credit request cycle, Receiving the credit request from the sales department and making recommendations of the credit department, sending the request to Treasury department and CFO, Sending the final recommendations to sales department and follow up implementation.
- Responsible for exception request cycle, Receiving the expiation request from the sales department and making recommendations of the credit department, sending the request to costing department and CFO, sending the final recommendations to sales department and follow up implementation.
- Follow up and guide the collectors, send the collectors to collect the debits as per the due date and follow up to solve customer problem for collection.
- Issue the invoices, receiving the delivery of goods and review with report stock department and create the invoices sales.
- Create the credit note for the return sales and discount, receiving the return delivery of goods and review with report stock department and create the credit note for the return sales and discount.
- Create all reports for the collections, customer's collections, credit customers and review with the trail balance and Financial Statements.
