Job Description
- Analyzing the file (income Documents) after receiving the Verification Report and I-score report to prepare the pre-Approval.
- Prepare Preapproval /remedial /Reschedule Memo in compliance with the set credit policies and procedures .
- Ensure from the Legal approval and Appraisal Reports and ensure the file completion.
- Check the possible financed amount according to the client’s documents submitted.
- Prepare Final Credit Memo in compliance with the set credit policies and after obtained legal/insurance and appraisal report .
- Send the file to the operations department After the Final Credit Committee approval for the file.
Job Requirements
- University degree in a business-related field.
- 1-3 years’ Experience in the credit field.
- Credit course is preferable.
