Job Description
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending all types of all types of contracts, that are required and to which the company is a party in a manner that guarantees the maximum legal protection for the company.
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
- Assist in Managing and resolving contractual business conflicts between the company and the clients (If Any).
- Assist in Preparing, discussing, and negotiating all contractor's claims with contractors till reaching a final settlement.
- Communicating and presenting information to different stakeholders.
- Responsible for contract renewals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law English department.
- 5 years of working experience in reviewing and contract negotiation.
- Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and contract lifecycle.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
