Job Description
Coordinate project management activities, resources, schedules, and project information.
Receive project documents, including BOQs and designs, and distribute them to the assigned Technical Office and Tendering teams.
Manage official project communications, including emails, letters, drawings, samples, and submissions, between LFO and clients.
Coordinate communication between the Technical Office and site teams throughout project execution.
Follow up on required client and landlord approvals to ensure smooth project progress.
Track and maintain records of all project communications, drawings, forms, samples, and correspondences that may have a cost or time impact.
Follow up on agreed actions and pending items resulting from project meetings.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, forms, correspondence, reports, and records.
Monitor project coordination activities and highlight delays, pending approvals, or issues that may affect project progress.
Support effective coordination between all concerned departments, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or a related role.
Experience in Fit-Out and Finishing projects is highly preferred.
Good understanding of project documentation, BOQs, drawings, and project correspondence.
Good knowledge of project coordination, reporting, and follow-up processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in preparing reports and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
