Job Requirements
- Senior person with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum CCNP level experience (CCIE desired)
- Hands-on experience working with routers (Cisco, Nokia, Juniper).
- Familiar with VNFs and PON (at minimum, knows what a VNF is and ONU).
- Capable of logging in to a lab unsupervised.
- Experience with Agile software development methods and Atlassian tools (like Jira and Confluence).
- Can read a functional spec, and be able to interpret it for junior staff
- Can create a base configuration and design a hands-on lab exercise
- Ciena experience preferred
- Trainer experience preferred.
- Minimum CCNA level or equivalent.
- Experience configuring services on routers and MPLS.
- Experience with topology diagrams.
- Team-oriented, collaborative and has strong leadership skills.
- Active learner and eager to learn and assimilate new technologies.
- Eager to learn about protocols and detail-oriented person.
