Job Description
- Strategic planning:
- Put the sales target and create a target achievement plan with Higher Management and implement the plan with the cooperation with the store management
- Contribute and implement the sales growth and development of a strategic plan inclusive to opening new markets, customer base growth, demand creation, change in inventory category strategy, blue ocean strategy.. etc.
- Contribute in the growth strategy related to expansion, upgrading and development of the stores and implement it with the cooperation of the team
- Help in finding new hot spots for potential stores with the cooperation of the logistics manager and the CEO
- Sales Operations in stores:
- Responsible for all the sales teams in the stores and setting the KPIs for them
- Analyzing the sales targets for each store and measure the sales growth or decline.
- Quality and Shrinkage Control:
- Assign mystery shoppers to evaluate the full purchasing experience, report and score the experience and hence suggest and enhance the issues related
- Set QC standards and audits for the stores aligned with the operation manager
- Define the main quality issues that affect the sales of the stores.
- Inventory Management:
- Follow up on inventory flow and communication between warehouse and stores
- Define and push old inventory with bonus schemes and competitions for sales
- Brand advocacy and understanding:
- Assure the effective and proper full communication of the brand with all employee through training, testing, implementation
- Assure the representation of each individual as a brand ambassador, in terms of looks, value and attitude
- Customer Care:
- Follow up with old customers and build a customers’ database
- Offer new products for our VIP customers
- Handle any customer complaint and solve it personally
- Competition analysis
- Update competition analysis reports quarterly
- Check out and keep a digital track of potential national and international competition
- Regularly visit competitors and keep track of their Strengths and weaknesses as well as their pricing strategy and their competitive edge
- Product analysis and development:
- Analyze each product and the sales volume for each product.
- Provide new ideas of selling store products especially the over stocked products or the old items.
Corporate Deals & Business to Business :
- Approach new potential corporate clients
- Develop presentations and sample work needed to sell service to clients with the cooperation of the marketing team
- Follow up for all the corporate deals and measure the customer satisfaction rate.
Events deals
- Meet event’s client with décor manager
- Develop the proposal for the transaction
- Get involved in the project management of the event in the case of the event being implemented by the stores’ salespeople
- Follow up on the customer satisfaction
- Set deals with hotels and venues that host events
- Ensure the financial closure of the event with the accountant
Cow-Working space:
- Set the sales strategy for the service, including the pricing scheme
- Work with the HR to develop the job descriptions for the service
- Work with the Marketing Manager to set the communication strategy of the service
- Apply the quality control tasks, operations tasks, brand advocacy and understanding tasks, cultural development, customer satisfaction related tasks with Cow Gifts to this service.
