Job Description
- Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company.
- Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEASE.
- Assessment of the market opportunities and target market.
- Promoting & management of newly introduced products/programs to the market.
- Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.
- Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees.
- Evaluate customer’s financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship.
- Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation…etc.)
- Create new marketing channels for the company products.
- Preparing all required amendment memos for approved clients.
- Prepare a comprehensive Basic Information Reports (BIR) on all visited clients & Know Your Customer Reports (KYC) on all approved clients.
- Follow up on performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on time collection.
- Follow up on disbursement of funds to the client.
- Review performance and objectives with marketing manager.
- Supervising the performance and progress of newly hired marketing officers and communicating this to the Marketing Head.
- Coach newly hired marketing officers and ensures daily monitoring of their performance and progress.
- Conduct regular visits to potential clients ( Not less than 5 calls per week) for the purpose of maximizing A.T.Lease’s market exposure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 -10 years of experience in a similar field( leasing or Ex Banking )
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
- Effective communication skills.
- High negotiation and influencing skills.
- Credit certified is a plus.
- Must posses’ good leadership and analytical skills.
