Job Description
- Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities and Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
- Carry out market research in order to develop strategies and roadmaps for sales of the company’s products and to secure more business relations
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the company
- Develop campaigns and other activities that will help in increasing the recognition of the company and Supporting marketing mission .
- Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Liaising with other members of the sales and technical experts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Architectural/Interior Design services.
- Computer: Excellent with general computer skills, Excellent using internet tools.
- Males preferable.
