Job Description

-Dealing with government agencies (General Authority for Standardization and Quality / Commercial Register / Public Security Procedures). / General Authority for Export and Import Control / Chamber of Commerce / Chemical Industries Chambers of the Federation of Industries / ................)

-Follow up on the accounts of the shipping, transportation and clearance company and make bank deposits with the amounts due

-Communicating with shipping lines, clearing and transportation companies to provide the sales department with all price offers from different lines and companies with the shortest possible waiting time.

-(Shipping requests) are sent to the shipping line to reserve containers at the agreed upon time and price to make a reservation on the vessel after coordination and confirmation with the Sales, Production, Quality and Warehouse Department on the loading date if there is any problem facing the loading process at the agreed upon time.

-Coordinating import and export procedures with the clearance company on the loading date, and following up with the transportation and clearance company until the container is loaded onto the vessel and sending (documents indicating this) to the shipping line to issue a copy of the bill of lading for review before issuing the original and sending it to sales if there is any modification to it.

-Work to complete the procedures for the certificate of origin in the General Authority for Export and Import Control and the insurance certificate for the shipment after negotiating with insurance companies to reach the lowest possible price according to the terms of the contract

-Communicate with the shipping line to send the line’s invoices at the agreed upon price, issue the shipping policy, collect all the original papers related to the shipment and send them to sales to send them to the customer, and follow up with the clearance and transportation company to send the company’s invoices for review according to the agreed upon price offer and official receipts and send them to the accounts for review and settlement of the account.

- Coordinating with the relevant departments (warehouses - quality control...) regarding the arrival dates of the goods.

-Make a file of all previous operations for all shipments.

 - Ensure the efficiency of work on the window, the validity of the Ac Id Number, and uploading documents electronically.

- Preparing a complete file with shipping documents, consisting of (bill of lading / sales invoice / packing slip / certificate of origin). This is done either by sending it through the bank to the customer or by shipping it through express shipping companies (DHL), and then settling the amounts received. With the financial department by submitting the original payment receipts

-Follow up on the implementation of work procedures and instructions for the quality, safety, occupational health and environmental management system.

- Participate in the report on the corrective/preventive actions taken regarding cases of non-conformity with the quality management system, occupational safety and health, and the environment.

- List the training requirements to raise the efficiency of individuals working in activities related to the quality management system, occupational safety and health, and the environment.
 

Job Requirements

-Suitable high qualification

-Experience in the field of import, export and customs clearance for 5-8 years, preferably in the field of chemicals

-Specialized training courses in logistics

-Full knowledge of import and export laws up to date, customs clearance and related updates..

- Proficiency in English         

 - Leadership and management skills.
