Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand organizational goals, objectives, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and roadmaps aligned with business strategies and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the design and implementation of business solutions to enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on business transformation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with business architecture standards.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate business architecture concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
- Work closely with enterprise architects to ensure alignment between business and IT strategies and architectures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Architect or Enterprise Architect within the banking or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PSD2).
- Specific experience working within an EA office environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, NORA), business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN), EA Tools (e.g., Aris), and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic focus, capable of driving innovation and business transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
- Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
- Certification in business architecture (e.g., Certified Business Architect, CBAP).
