Role and responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:

   • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, adjusting as necessary based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.

   • Schedule shifts and workforce allocation to ensure proper coverage and smooth production operations.

2. Material and Equipment Coordination:

   • Evaluate the timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure production readiness.

   • Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials and products necessary for production.

3. Inventory Management:

   • Manage inventory levels, addressing issues such as shortages, schedule changes, and order cancellations.

   • Assist in designing and implementing warehouse management systems to streamline inventory control and improve efficiency.

4. Production Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Track and report on production progress, identifying any issues or delays, and escalating concerns to upper management as needed.

   • Handle production disruptions, troubleshooting problems, and finding ways to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
