About Us

We are a fast-paced, innovative game development studio specializing in hyper and hybrid casual mobile games. We aim to create simple, addictive, and visually stunning games that captivate global audiences. With an ambitious goal of delivering 2-3 polished and market-ready prototypes per month, we urgently seek a talented Game Artist to join our team.


Role Overview

As a Game Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D visual assets, helping to define the visual identity of our hyper/hybrid casual mobile games. You will work closely with designers and developers in a minimized, agile team to deliver prototypes rapidly, ensuring all art assets align with the game’s vision and style. This is an urgent and critical role where speed, versatility, and creativity are key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Asset Creation:
    • Design and produce engaging 2D assets such as UI/UX elements, icons, textures, and illustrations.
    • Create and optimize 3D assets, including modeling, texturing, and basic animations for game prototypes.
    • Create high-quality and consistent artistic direction for the game portfolio in multiple styles and genres. 
    • Build and set strong assets creation pipeline with a high focus on quality and reusability. 
  • Style and Theme Development:
    • Establish and maintain the visual style for each prototype, ensuring consistency and alignment with hyper-casual aesthetics.
    • Adapt art styles quickly to match different project requirements.
  • Rapid Prototyping:
    • Deliver polished and optimized assets quickly to meet tight deadlines (3 prototypes per month).
    • Create placeholder assets as needed and refine them during iteration.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Game Designer and Unity Developer to integrate art seamlessly into the game.
    • Provide creative input to enhance the overall player experience.
  • Optimization and Performance:
    • Ensure all assets are optimized for performance on mobile devices.
    • Troubleshoot and refine visuals to meet technical requirements.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 3+ years of experience as a Game Artist, preferably in hyper or hybrid casual mobile games.
    • Proven portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D game assets, including examples of mobile-friendly art.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or Maya.
    • Familiarity with Unity Engine and Unity’s art pipeline, including importing and optimizing assets.
    • Ability to create low-poly 3D models and animations.
    • Understanding shaders, particle effects, and basic VFX is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a small, agile team.
    • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to different art styles and themes.
    • Good level of English language (Reading, Writing, Understanding & Speaking)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with game publishers or understanding their requirements.
  • Knowledge of hyper-casual game trends and market preferences.
  • Familiarity with Unity’s shader graph or advanced VFX tools.
