Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Misr International Hospital. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality in patient care and ensuring compliance with local and international accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and improving quality management strategies within the hospital.
- Monitoring the accreditation process and conducting regular reviews to enhance quality.
- Ensuring healthcare services meet local and international standards.
- Training medical and administrative teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance and analyzing data to improve systems.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in (Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, and , Science, or Veterinary).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Medical background is a must (Physicians / Nursing / Healthcare-related fields)
- Quality certification is preferred (#TQM, #CBHQ, #Hospital_Management, or equivalent)
- Fully dedicated full-time position
