Job Description
- Responsible for managing all the site’s daily activities.
- Create and Implement Drilling & Blasting Plan to achieve targeted raw material with less equipment and lower cost
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
- Monitoring Contractors and Rented Equipment Performance to maximize productivity and reduce cost.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and manage and develop plant staff.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Compliance and ensuring implementation of the company QHSE policies
- Work Location: Quarries in Sokhna/Galala/Suez
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
- A strong level of technical understanding of quarrying environments and extraction systems
- Experience (10+ years)
- Strong Experience in Quarries Production, (Drilling & Blasting Experience is a MUST).
- Heavy Equipment Operations background is a must
