Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant with 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable processes, particularly within the manufacturing and retail sectors, and experience with SAP software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts for payment delays and follow up with customers as necessary.
- Prepare and analyze AR reports to ensure timely collections and cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers and assess credit risk.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Provide support during audits by preparing AR-related documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor junior staff in AR processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting accounts receivable.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in manufacturing and retail.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
