Job Description
- Handle all employee Requirements & delivering tasks to developers, receiving and documenting all deliverables.
- Making project pipeline, scheduling, documentations and business process diagrams.
- Resolving employee complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and implementing them or escalating issue to developers.
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements.
- Attend, document, record and help in all employee training sessions.
- Mapping the current data model to Odoo existing data model. Come up with mapping strategy, time line and go live strategy to ensure the stability of current operation.
- Provides project progress reports to Head of IT.
Job Requirements
- Have solid Business Knowledge and Functional workflows. (Accounting, Purchasing & Inventory, CRM & Invoicing & Sales, HR).
- Have solid experience in implementing Odoo ERP Enterprise V. 13 to V. 15.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ability to understand the employee requirements and developing the right business process from meetings.
- Strong technical documentation skills with the ability to document employee requirements and know how to differentiate it from Change Request.
- Very Good command of English (Writing & Speaking).
- Keen attention to details.
- Odoo certification is plus.
- Project management certification is a plus.
