Job Description

  • Lead and direct the sales team
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Develop solutions to the sales team problems
  • Create a spirit of optimism among the sales team
  • Follow up sales procedures on daily basis
  • The ability to identify the strenghts and weaknesses points of the sales team
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports


 

 

Job Requirements

  • From 5 to 7 years in managerial level
  • Brokerage experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Meeting Sales Goals
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
