Job Description
Setting the function’s policies, procedures and guidelines related to UX design and research, as well as informing the team members of such while ensuring their adherence to them when carrying out the related activities.
Instructing a sustained innovation-mindset across the function, through encouraging the team members to challenge the norm, suggesting continuous improvements to existing products and projects’ designs, etc. in order to contribute to the overall development of the company.
Resolving any raised complex issues related to UI/ UX, conducting root cause analysis on such to prevent recurrence.
Initiating and leading any enhancement plans in the function whilst ensuring the adherence to the frameworks and guidelines developed by the Center of Excellence function.
