Job Description
- Lead the design efforts for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for various platforms, incorporating best practices in UI & UX design and graphic design to enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop visually appealing design assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphics, to complement the user interface and elevate the overall design aesthetic.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, gathering insights to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications, maintaining design integrity and quality standards throughout the development process.
- Stay aware of industry trends and best practices in UI & UX design and graphic design, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design workflows.
- Advocate for design consistency and contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards within the organization, fostering a cohesive design language across projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI & UX design, with a strong background in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually compelling design assets. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior designers and lead design initiatives.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI & UX design work, including examples of graphic design projects.
