 Learn & Self Development : 

 Master Dassault's SIMULIA solutions through the Dassault University portal. 

 Obtain target company certifications.

  Assist in Pre-Sales Activities ): 

 Conduct customer needs analysis. 

 Participate in solution presentations.

 Training Sessions for Customers : 

 Prepare and deliver training sessions. 

 Obtain relevant certifications. 

 Provide Support Services  

 Address support requests promptly. 

 Resolve technical issues related to CAD, metrology, and additive manufacturing solutions. 

 Collaborate with the Team : 

 Contribute to achieving overall department goals. 

 Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction. 

 Perform Technical Services : 

 Engage in performing technical services using CAD, and Dassault's SIMULIA software suite
