We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Accountant (AR), you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and supporting our financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and verify account activity
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate customer data
- Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers
- Prepare regular reports on account status and collections efforts
