Design, develop, and implement Oracle applications and solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Customize and extend Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including but not limited to Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support business processes and enhance system performance.
Integrate Oracle applications with third-party systems and external APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of developed solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in Oracle apps development, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming, with hands-on experience in developing customizations, extensions, and integrations for Oracle applications.
Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
