JOB PURPOSE:
Oversee all CRM functions, building the business’s overall client management capability in order to provide a high level of service and excellent client experience and capture data across all key touch-points of the business
Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Achieving CRM Targets and revenue
- Data audit through monitoring data quality, investigate data issues and ensure issues are identified, documented, tracked, reported.
- Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective sales funnel
- Set customer retention marketing strategies.
- Suggest new methods of addressing customers’ needs
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the service level we provide to our clients.
- Enhances our relationship with Clients with relevant tools
- Develop customer journey maps.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Responsible for integrating new clients and developing existing client relationship
Job Requirements
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Awareness of variety of problem solving techniques.
- 10+ years of relationship management experience
- Familiar with Startup environment and needs
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Customer oriented attitude and outstanding communication skills.
