Client Relationship Director

JOB PURPOSE:

Oversee all CRM functions, building the business’s overall client management capability in order to provide a high level of service and excellent client experience and capture data across all key touch-points of the business

Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities: 

• Achieving CRM Targets and revenue
• Data audit through monitoring data quality, investigate data issues and ensure issues are identified, documented, tracked, reported.
• Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective sales funnel
• Set customer retention marketing strategies.
• Suggest new methods of addressing customers’ needs
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the service level we provide to our clients.
• Enhances our relationship with Clients with relevant tools
• Develop customer journey maps.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
• Responsible for integrating new clients and developing existing client relationship
