Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer relationships. The Customer Service Agent will be located in New Cairo.

- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in the digital transformation industry is a plus
- Grads and Undergrads with no attendance can apply!
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a MUST!
- Fluency in English is a MUST!
