Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of backend developers, overseeing daily tasks, mentoring, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement backend services that meet business needs.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues across the system.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- working in a product-based company is a MUST.
- Strong experience in PHP (laravel and Symfony)
- Experience with database technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, and experience with API design and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- bachelor's degree from computer science or any related field.
