Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement production plans for assigned products, adhering to set schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of mixing equipment and resources.
• Manage and train mixing team members, ensuring they follow established procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality control program for all mixing processes.
• Conduct regular checks on raw materials, finished products, and equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, including materials used, process parameters, and quality control results.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and initiate timely procurement requests to avoid production delays.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials according to safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure the best utilization of materials and to keep RM waste levels at minimum
• Can develop periodic maintenance for mixing tanks, pumps with coordination with tech team 
• Has good cosmetic background
