Job Description
Archer Solutions is an Odoo Gold Partner. As our clients-base and projects-based are growing, we are hiring a functional consultant (Odoo Implementer) to handle the needs of our clients.
The candidate needs to have very good knowledge and experience in Odoo, a good knowledge of business, a good command of English, and outstanding skills in business analysis, analystic thinking and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Clients' requirements
- Document requirements and define which will need configurations and which will need development
- Communicate with PMO to set project delivery plan
- Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required
- Handle client requests regarding Odoo issues
- Perform Odoo training
- Support Odoo operations
- Align with PMO to handle any risk regarding system delivery
- Help sales team by performing Odoo demos and POCs to potential customers
Job Requirements
- College graduate (preferred commerce and BA)
- 2+ years experience in Odoo implementation
- Good knowledge of business processes especially accounting-related processes
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Good English
- Certification is a big plus
