Roles and Responsibilities

· Evaluate customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives and transform the same into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.

· Gather and analyze project and customer requirements and propose and draw solutions.

· Prepare Business Analysis required documents.

· Good knowledge of business processes & Accounting

· To work on business and operational processes including all Odoo modules

· Develop solution design and prepare system design documentation.

· Good understanding of business and operational processes.

· Communicates with the software developers to report bugs or request new features

· Testing Odoo modules and interfaces

· To work on Access Rights in Odoo

· Assure the quality of functionalities being delivered, with zero error.

· Follow up on the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks.

· Manage the full life cycle from design to testing phases.

· Provide customers with the best solutions to their problem

· Implement Odoo based on requirements gathered

· Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

· Provide customer with functional assistance as well as training

· Responding to Support Tickets and providing solutions

· Possibility of travelling to clients' offices worldwide to provide on-site training

· Support in customizing Odoo modules in all project phases
