Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, prospecting and generating leads, and meeting sales targets for Aura-Tech’s IP Telephony, Contact Center Solutions, and other VoIP/Telecom & IT products. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction, while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with clients.
- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and maintaining existing customer connections.
- Actively engage with potential clients, presenting Aura-Tech’s offerings in Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and IT solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to diverse audiences, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, manage pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and execute agreements with prospective clients.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and quarterly results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in a sales role within the IT or telecom industry.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and handle complex negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle various client demands.
