Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances positioned for continued success. The CFO will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only will understand current accounting practices and trends, but also will have experience raising capital and adapting to change. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control the company's annual budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations are complied.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  • Actively contribute to commercial decision-making processes, including price strategies, target setting and resource allocation.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure.
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and internal procedures and make sure of their correct and optimal implementation.
  • Lead and prepare forecasts and budgets, including sales assumptions, P&L detailed analysis, and the identification of risks and opportunities; involves in facilitating the negotiation and agreement on the figures and evaluating the financial and operational results.
  • Create and deliver financial forecasts, including financial review presentations, system submissions, and detailed P&L bridges.
  • Prepares reports on a regular basis that include monthly financial statements, cost reports, budgeting, and forecasting reports.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Reporting Research Results (sharing results of analysis & evaluation).
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills

  • Time Management (with respect to due dates mainly).
  • Good Organizational Skills.
  • Capability of self-direction
  • Reporting Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and investigative nature.
  • Good experience of ERP systems with advanced knowledge of ODOO
  • Graduate from the Faculty of Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams and collaborating with senior management, business and functional leaders.
  • Strong track record in developing strategies, plans and delivering results.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting theory, principles, and practices.
