- Oversee the creation, editing, organization, classification, and archival of documents and digital content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Monitor and enforce document retention and disposal policies in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Lead the team with providing guidance, support, and training as needed to optimize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess document management needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical documents and content, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field - Special Certification or Training Required:
Document & Records Management is a plus - Required Industry Experience:
5 Years - Technological Requirements:
Excellent command with Microsoft office, Enterprise Content Management,
Data Management, and Data Visualizations tools
Information Security - Language Requirements:
Good command of English Language
