Job Description
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly product experiences.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business impact, and ensure user stories are well-defined.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to drive product improvements.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously iterate on the product.
- Assist with go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- The maximum age for the Product Manager position is 45
- experience in home appliances
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in technology or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
