Client Communication and Relationship Building:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, supporting your manager and being the point of contact for their PR needs.
  • Proactively update clients on campaign progress, media coverage, and relevant developments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, summarizing campaign performance and offering recommendations.
  • Ensure timely submission of internal and external documents.
  • Draft meeting minutes and contact reports after client/supplier encounters.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to client meetings.
  • Ensure accuracy in client briefs and reports.
  • Thoroughly review media monitoring and influencer reports for accuracy.
  • Develop and submit monthly activity reports.
  • Stay updated with news and industry readings.

Campaign Execution and Monitoring

  • Successfully implement PR campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Adapt strategies based on feedback for optimal results.
  • Achieve campaign goals and objectives.

Media Relations:

  • Research and identify relevant media outlets, journalists for client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts in relevant industries.
  • Participate in Project INC and build positive relationships with media outlets.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the media landscape.
  • Engage with media onsite during events and press conferences.

Influencers Relations

  • Monitor social campaigns for new influencers and creative ideas.
  • Develop and pitch creative ideas to influencers, considering feasibility and budgets.
  • Source and negotiate with influencers, and manage communications for seamless project execution.
  • Onsite management of influencers during events.
  • Regularly update the Influencers Database.

Content Creation:

  • Draft press content in both Arabic and English (PRL, Media alert, captions, etc.).
  • Develop influencer and social media content, including drafting captions.
  • Research and write blog posts, articles, and other thought leadership content that aligns with client messaging and industry trends.
  • Assist with the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all client communication materials.

Suppliers

  • Research, identify, and source different suppliers.
  • Effectively communicate and brief suppliers on opportunities.
  • Manage communications with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Agency Operations:

  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and collaborate on client projects.
  • Assist seniors with research, analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in PR and digital communications.
  • Proactively identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance workflow and client service.

Reporting

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on PR activities.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Generate comprehensive media coverage reports.
  • Identify potential media opportunities and analyze sentiment and trends.

Business Development

  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and proposal development.

Networking

  • Attend summits and conferences to network with stakeholders and professionals.

Team Player

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Demonstrate commitment by offering support within and across team groups and departments.
  • Participate in key milestone activities and events.

Events

  • Research and identify potential event opportunities for clients.
  • Execute events to ensure success and alignment with the brand.

Job Requirements

  • Having sound knowledge of your clients’ industries, in terms of key facts and related industries, and will be proficient in demonstrating this knowledge to clients and press.
  • Understand the difference between proactive and reactive PR and will be able to
  • You have a good understanding of the press, including local and specialist press as they relate to your clients.
  • You have a good understanding of digital media campaigns, social networks and developments in these areas.
  • You are proficient in writing press releases and basic reports
  • You demonstrate good time management and organization skills.
  • You have the ability to take on reliable project ownership.
  • You are a team player.
