Job Description
We are a fast-growing multinational medical device business that believes in technology, we are hiring our IT specialist who can help the company to develop and grow:
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
- Set up and configure surveillance cameras.
- Configuring attendance laboratory machines and its' reporting system service.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentalsInstall, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.
- Troubleshooting Network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- End User Device Support.
- Support Applications (Outlook, Printing, Scanning).
- Hardware Support (Printers, MFP, Desk Phones).
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Software and hardware assists management.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or Related Field.
- Good understanding of Networking, Windows, MS Office 365, Prior experience in tech support, desktop support or a similar role.
- Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues
- Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA Self-Study.
- Ability to diagnose and Resolve Basic Technical Issues
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- For knowing about VPN networks, Firewalls, and other aspects of network security technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
